"I'm a beauty alchemist, blending chemistry, physics, and spirituality to transform and reveal the essence of beauty. At Black Fern Salon, I guide guests to embrace their authentic selves, much like turning lead into gold, through transformative hairstyles and bespoke haircare routines tailored to individual needs.

Since 2013, I've been immersed in the beauty industry, from high-end salons in Oregon to private studios in Nevada. Now at Black Fern Salon, I create a calming space where guests can reclaim their beauty autonomy. My priority is helping them feel beautiful while staying true to themselves, whether it's through stunning hair color or precision haircuts.

I've honed my skills under esteemed stylists and continually seek education to offer tailored, knowledgeable experiences and I am now offering my knowledge and experience to the next generation of hair alchemist via my apprentice program."

As the salon grew around me and I became a part of the Beauty Without Bounds Initiative, it helped me discover why I love being a beauty alchemist in the industry. Having the chance to be authentically myself while creating custom haircare solutions and helping others embrace who they are, even if it's on a superficial level through transformative hairstyles, hair color, and haircuts.

What Beauty is to me

From a cosmetic standpoint: as a beauty alchemist, I believe that 'beauty' is an artistic expression of oneself. It serves as a non-verbal way to showcase who you are to the world. A picture is worth a thousand words, and how you present yourself can truly tell a story.
