For everyone’s comfort, please make alternate arrangements for kids under 12 without a reservation. Only service animals are allowed in the salon.
At Black Fern, every appointment is reserved specifically for you. We value your time and our stylists' time, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Appointments scheduled for 3 hours or longer require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
At Black Fern, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring you leave feeling confident and cared for.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 10 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns.
If the result does not align with the consultation and agreed-upon service plan, we may offer a complimentary adjustment appointment within 10 days of the original service.
All adjustment services must be performed by a member of the Black Fern team and approved by salon management.
While we do not typically offer refunds on completed services, we understand that situations may arise where a resolution cannot be achieved through an adjustment appointment.
In these cases, management may approve a refund of up to 50% of the original service cost, at our discretion.
