The Salon Assistant position is designed for individuals who are passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn the foundations of a successful salon business. Assistants support the daily operations of the salon while working closely with the owner to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, salon systems, and sales and branding.

This role provides a pathway toward becoming a licensed stylist while developing confidence, technical knowledge, and industry professionalism.
