Yes! Please let your stylist know what you need. We are happy to accommodate you in any way possible! 

First-time visitors, don’t hesitate to book an in-salon consultation. We offer online consultations too, where we’ll assess your needs and pair you with the perfect artist at Black Fern. If you want to guarantee a same day appointment, always book for a "bigger" service. It's easier for our artists to reduce time than it is to add on more time to your appointment.

At Black Fern, we offer a variety of packages and stylist levels to match your needs. Each service package is clearly priced when booking online. Our stylist tiers include:

• Studio Stylist: Highly trained with flexible availability
• Featured Stylist: Recognized, sought-after, and trusted
• Master Stylist: Elite, specialized for a premium experience

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. That said, we do not want sick people in the salon. If you wake up unwell the day of your appointment, please contact your stylist directly so you can decide together what’s best.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything feels off post-appointment, reach out to your stylist directly to collaborate on a solution. Although we don't provide refunds on services or products, we're dedicated to open dialogue and agreeable resolutions.
